Team Away: Melbourne
Our team’s Melbourne trip was the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together in person. We stayed at The Standard X Melbourne, which was a great base for the trip. The rooftop quickly became our favourite hangout for drinks, giving us the chance to relax, chat, and catch up outside of work. It was the ideal setting to unwind, enjoy each other's company, and take in the laid-back vibe of the city.
One of the best parts of the trip was the workshop at The Hungry Workshop with Jenna. We got to dive into the world of letterpress printing, using type blocks and an old-school printing press to create our own posters. It was a fun, hands-on experience that let us tap into some creativity outside of our normal routine. Everyone had a blast trying out the printing techniques, and we all ended up with a cool, personal piece of work to take home. It was a great way to bond as a team while also getting our hands dirty and trying something completely different.
